Uygar Uşar

As a seasoned logistics leader with over 32 years of experience, Mr. USAR has successfully managed complex and diversified supply chains across various sectors, such as chemicals, petrochemicals, FMCG, food, and oil & gas. He has an Executive MBA from KOÇ University and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end logistics solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Alışan Group, one of the leading integrated logistics service providers in Turkiye. He led the growth and expansion of the group, as well as the transformation and innovation of its operations, processes, and culture. He has taken a major leading role during PSA ALISAN Merger & the whole M&A process. He was the head of domestic operations in Netlog Logistics Group (who is the owner of Bleckmann of Netherlands) over 10 years.

He has mastered the management of domestic and international transportation, warehousing, bulk logistics, value-added services, especially logistics of FMCG & dangerous goods. He is passionate about creating value, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality in the logistics & supply chain sector.

Uygar is now acting as an advisor and board member of various servicing companies mainly in FMCG & Logistics as well as investing in technology startups in logistics sector. He is currently one of the three founding partners of C2L Consultancy Co. Inc.
